Dr. Tim Grubbs, DVM
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Grubbs graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation he stayed at the University for another year doing an Internship specializing in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. After moving to Georgia in 1995 he worked at the Animal Emergency of North Fulton. Dr. Grubbs joined the Lawrenceville Animal Care Center as an Associate Veterinarian in 1997 and then purchased the practice in 1998. Since then, he has made a number of improvements to the clinic with more planned for the future.
A quiet man, his compassion for the sick, injured and lost shows in the fact that the clinic now houses four resident cats. His hobbies include disc golf, guitar, golf and reading. He and his wife, Leslie, are very active in their church and have two children, Madison and Carson. They have one dog named Hootie.

Brittany has been with the clinic since 2009. She has her Bachelor's Degree of Business Management from Georgia Southwestern University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and fitness classes. Her and her husband have three kitties names Cattillac, Jeffurry, and Anderson Pooper.

Suhad was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. She received her Veterinarian of Medicine and Technology Degree from Facultad de Veterinaria Montevideo – Uruguay in 1998. Although she is not a licensed veterinarian and the U.S, her experience and knowledge are a valuable asset to our team. Suhad immigrated to Atlanta in 2009 to be close to her grandchildren Isabella, Tyler, Sophia & Leah (due to make her entrance December 2011). Although she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, knitting, and is a soccer fan, time spent with her grandchildren is definitely the highlight of any day. She loves being a grandmother! Her family also includes two dogs, Diana and Layla.

Roneisha joined LACC in 2024. She attended Penn Foster for veterinary assistant. She enjoys providing love and care to animals. In her free time she likes to relax with her cat, Dash.

Danielle joined LACC in 2024. Originally from Washington, DC. She graduated from Brookwood High School and attended Alabama State University. She is currently in school for real estate and has her own small business doing nails. . Danielle has 2 dogs, Benz (Yorkie-poo) and Roxanne (black lab). She enjoys cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and baking.

Leslye joined our staff in June of 2003. Educated in South Africa she relocated to Georgia to be closer to her passion, Border Collie Herding competitions. An accomplished competitor, Leslye has participated in competitions all across the USA. Leslye and her husband, Jeff, spend a lot of time playing with and taking care of their fur family.

Nichole joined LACC in August 2024. She was born and raised in GA and plans on going to school to be a vet tech. She enjoys painting, reading, and going hiking with her dog. She has one dog named Brownie and three cats named JJ, Ava, and Nash.

Katelyn joined LACC in December 2024. She graduated from Brookwood High School and is currently a student at GGC studying criminology. She was born and raised in GA. She enjoys watching TV, walking her family's dogs, and playing with her kitties. She has 2 cats, Katt who she rescued in Illinois and Reek who she rescued from the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter.
